📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Within India:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Same Day Delivery: Available in select cities

Delivery times may vary during festivals and peak seasons.

What are the shipping charges?

FREE shipping on orders above ₹999!

For orders below ₹999:

  • Standard Delivery: ₹99
  • Express Delivery: ₹199
  • Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹49
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s website.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at info@trapout.in if you need to make changes.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels intact
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Note: Undergarments, swimwear, and customized items are not eligible for return.

How do I return an item?

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at info@trapout.in or call +91 XXX XXX XXXX
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll schedule a pickup from your address
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item
Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The exchange is free if the item is available in your preferred size. If there’s a price difference, you’ll need to pay the additional amount or receive a refund for the difference.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a detailed size chart. We recommend:

  • Measuring yourself with a tape measure
  • Comparing your measurements with our size chart
  • Reading customer reviews for fit feedback
  • Choosing the larger size if you’re between sizes

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! We offer extended sizes in many of our collections. Look for the “Extended Sizes” filter in our shop or check individual product pages for size availability up to XXXL.

What if the item doesn’t fit?

If the item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange it for a different size (subject to availability). The return pickup is free!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods:

  • Online: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with ₹49 additional charges
  • EMI: Available on orders above ₹3,000
Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed through secure payment gateways.

When will I be charged?

For online payments, you’ll be charged immediately when you place the order. For Cash on Delivery, you’ll pay when the product is delivered to your address.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

You can shop as a guest, but creating an account offers benefits like:

  • Order history and tracking
  • Wishlist and favorites

How do I reset my password?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order goes into processing and the address cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

👕 Product Information

How do I care for my clothes?

Care instructions are provided on each product page and on the garment label. General tips:

  • Wash in cold water to prevent shrinking
  • Turn printed items inside out before washing
  • Air dry when possible
  • Iron on low heat for delicate fabrics
  • Dry clean only for special occasion wear
Are the colors accurate on the website?

We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. If you’re not satisfied with the color, you can return the item within 7 days.

Do you offer customization?

Currently, we don’t offer customization services. However, we regularly update our collection with new designs and styles. Follow us on social media to stay updated!
