Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged by normal wear

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at or through your account dashboard to request a return authorization
  2. Pack Items: Securely package items in their original condition with all tags attached
  3. Return Shipping: Use the prepaid return label provided (return shipping fees may apply for certain regions)
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: Available as an alternative option for faster processing
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Items returned in perfect condition receive a full refund
  • Return Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same return guidelines and timeframes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Damage /Defected product needs an Unboxing Video

International Returns

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are eligible for return within the same 7-day window, but refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
